Product Description:

A fast drying protective coating based on Polyvinyl Butyral resin/Zinc Chromate pigment/Phosphoric acid, which combines pretreatment and priming in one application, for non-ferrous metals to ensure good adhesion of subsequent coats.

Usages:

Aluminum cladding, Galvanized surfaces, Brass, etc.

Surface Preparation

Degrease surface, wet abrading with abrasive paper.

Application Information

Application Method - Brush, Roller or spray

Mixing Ratio - Base: Hardener (1:1)

Thinning/Cleaning of tools - Wash Primer Thinner (5-10%)

Salt Spray Resistance - 500 hrs

Air Spray Guide - Nozzle Tip: 0.009- " 0.011" Nozzle Pressure: 1500 - 2000 P.S.I.
